We offer the best rate available in order to ship your package into your hands quickly and efficiently. All shipping times are estimates by the shipping carrier. Once it is out of our warehouse, we unfortunately have no control over the delivery time.
Our warehouse operational hour is 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. PST. Monday to Friday (Closed on all Canadian National Holidays).

Which carrier is handling the packages?
We use both Canada Post and UPS you ship out your packages. Our system will analysis your package weight and location in order to prompt you with the best rate available between both carriers.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost depends on your location and the weight of the package. For example, it will be more expensive to ship a package in another continent than it would be to ship to within the same city as our warehouse.
What is included in the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is the amount of money that the carrier charges to get the package from our warehouse to your home.
IMPORTANT: Other cost related to shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties and taxes by your native country. These cost are outside the control of SansMinds Magic, and therefore we cannot compensate for them. For legal reason, every order is marked with the actual content and dollar value, false information cannot be substituted. You are responsible for the all customs fees, duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Unclaime package will be consider as a return and NOT consider as a cancel order. Thus, you are also responsible for any cost related to unclaimed package if you decided not to accept your package for any reason. The cost will be be deducted from your store credit once we received the returned package.
Please also note that customer is responsible for any fee relate to unclaimed item.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
In general, your package will ship out the SansMinds warehouse within 24 business hours, unless otherwise noted. After your package leaves our warehouse, it is up to the carrier’s service.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely! All packages over $100 USD will automatically come with tracking number.
For packages under $100 USD, you can contact our support team to request a tracking add on.This allow you to have a peace of mind and allow you to monitor your package.
