Which carrier is handling the packages?
We use both Canada Post and UPS to ship out your packages. Our system will analyze the package weight and your location in order to prompt you with the best rates available between both carriers.

Shipping cost is the amount of money that the carrier charges to get the package from our warehouse to your home.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties and taxes by your native country. These cost are outside the control of SansMinds Magic, and therefore we cannot compensate for them. For legal reasons, every order is marked with the actual content and dollar value. False information cannot be substituted. You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Unclaimed packages will be considered as a return and NOT as a cancelled order. You will be held responsible for any fees related to unclaimed packages if you decide not to accept your package, regardless of the reason. All costs will be deducted from your store credit once we receive the returned package.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will generally ship out of the SansMinds warehouse within 24 business hours, unless otherwise noted. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the delivery time will be dependent on the carrier you chose during checkout and your location.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely! During checkout, you will be given multiple carrier options and services. If you wish to track your package, you may select an option that includes tracking.
